Indeed Yummy - Delicious Desserts in Doha

Happened to peep into 'YUMMY DESERTS DOHA', a home-based dessert business in Doha, Qatar. (@Facebook/dessertdoha).

As the name suggests, the desserts are 'Yummy' indeed. The look of the texture of those prepared desserts were so mouth-watering that I ordered 3 of those 'Yummy' delicacies;

BUTTERSCOTCH PUDDING

I have tasted this in many places, but this one is a rare piece. I feel the secret is in the quality of the butter & the richness of the milk used in addition to its perfectly controlled temperature to set it appropriately. Those sugar coated roasted cashews makes this a real delicacy that any dessert lover should taste.

TRES LECHES

'Tres Leches' means 'Three Milk' in Spanish and the dessert had originated in the Mexico.

The three kinds of milk (i.e.; evaporated milk, condensed milk and heavy whipping cream) is used to the optimum level in making the syrup for this dessert, which gives you the authentic feeling of the Mexican dessert.

In English terms, this dessert can be called as 'a butter sponge cake with the richness of three kinds of milk'. In addition to the milk layer is the richness of the cake which is so light and is well balanced by the whipped cream. It is commendable on how this is prepared to give us that authentic Mexican touch while we are in sunny Doha. What makes it interesting here is that, this has an added flavour of 'FRESH MILK'. Of course, this is another delicacy which should not be missed.

The perfect combination for these 'Tres Leches' cakes are the fresh berries, it could be strawberries, blueberries, blackberries or the raspberries.

PANNA COTTA - MANGO

'Panna Cotta' is an Italian dessert dish which comes in many flavours with any fresh fruits. This one is with mangoes and hence called as 'Mango Panna Cotta'. 

Should admit that, it's an awesome delight after a heavy meal. So light in the body, yet refreshing and original flavours with real fresh mangoes. Those fresh juicy mangoes are the game changer for this delight.

In addition to their quality in delivery including their packaging, the best part I like about 'Yummy Desserts Doha' is, the orders can be customizable as per our need. We can request these desserts either in high quality individual disposable dessert cups or casseroles, if we are taking it for a potluck or big parties.

As an authentic dessert lover, I was overwhelmed with the quality of delivery at this small home based dessert spot and I highly recommend this takeaway joint for any dessert lovers living in Doha.
